Q1: How does the customization process work?

A: 1. Upload clear photos of you/pet

2. Confirm the 3D draft preview

3. We print & hand-paint your figurine

Q2: How long does is take to make and recieve my figurine?

A: It takes 2-5 days to make and edit the 3d model, 5–6 business days to print your figurine. Once shipped,delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, so you can expect to receive your figurine within about three weeks from your order date.

Q3: What photos do I need to provide?

A: Clear, natural-light photos (front + side views), no filters, no heavy editing, no masks/hats covering the face.

Q4: Can I make changes after the draft?

A: 1–2 minor adjustments are free. Major changes (pose, expression, full redesign) will incur extra customization fees.

Q5: What material is used?

A: Made of high-quality resin with hand-painted details. Slight color difference is normal for handmade products.

Q6: Copyright & sensitive items policy

A: You must own the rights to your photos. We do not make celebrities, copyrighted characters or sensitive figures.

Q7: What about returns and refunds?

A: Replacement is available for manufacturing defects or transit damage with a valid unboxing video. No returns for personal aesthetic preference.
